I am currently waiting for my lease to end and can't wait. I've lived here 2 years now solely because of the difficulities with moving otherwise I'd be out of here since:
The place was a MESS when I moved in, the kitchen floor is dissolving, the wood floors are in horrible shape, some of the light switches don't work and same with some outlets, the garbage disposal doesn't work all the time, RUST, RUST and did I mention RUST!' on the toliet, the bathtub, etc.!!! The windows are ROTTING away! Literally! The rent seems to constantly increase and is already OUTRAGEOUS! The walls were FILTHY and they were NOT planning on painting until my parents called and did some "talking" with Mullins. The night before I moved in my mom and I spent over 7 hrs cleaning and almost passed out from cleaning fumes trying to get rid of the rust, etc.! We also had to let off a bug bomb! Parking SUCKS...I'm surprised I haven't been attacked yet trying to walk from my car in the very poorly lit lot with tons of potholes and poor snow removal. RUN!!!!!
