I have lived in a two bedroom apartment in a beautifully renovated historical house in downtown Madison for the last year and a half. The parking lot was just repaved. Mullins have been nothing but kind and generous to my wife and I since the day we first saw this apartment.
As far as I am concerned, I would live in this apartment as long as I was still living in Madison.
I am shocked that anyone could have a negative thing to say about their experiences with Mullins.
