Good old Carol Mullins and her family running the business. They have been around a long time and own many properties in the Wisconsin Area, which they cannot keep up with anymore.

I lived in one of their very, very old building over my MATC TRUAX, Pierstorff Street; it was an old military barracks turned into apartments. The place was not that bad, but after living there for a while, I found out just how helpful my landlady was.

Parking on gravel, water filled potholes in summer/spring. I had to call to get them to remove snow from the sidewalks & parking lot.

Heat included but opened windows in winter because apartment was 100 degrees. Very small kitchen and bathroom (no tub). Each bedroom had a sink, there was no sink in the bathroom.

This is a good place if you want something cheap or you are a college student, like I was, but over all I will never rent from the Mullins ever again.
