I have a semester lease in Master Hall (415 W. Gilman) and the place is fine overall. It's quiet, although on weekends the highrise behind it often has loud parties. It's expensive, but convenient for one semester with a great location. My only complaints are that there was about 2 inches of water in the fridge when I moved in (disgusting) and the bathroom sink runs hot water constantly even though I've complained numerous times. It was pretty clean when I moved in, other than the fridge. And, the A/C makes weird noises when it's been on too long and the screens aren't properly attached, allowing bugs in. Don't sign a year lease here, but for a semester it's just fine.
