The entire building needs to be demolished! The apartment was never cleaned and smelled of cigarettes when I first entered my apartment. There were still crumbs in the kitchen draws and the carpet was never cleaned, even after my numerous emails and repair requests. The heating worked well enough. But there is hardly any natural light in the apartment and makes it a depressing atmosphere to live in. Carol was very easy to deal with. Her secretary is another story - a piece of advice: pay your rent on time or else be harassed with voicemails from the secretary. They also really need to get a rent dropbox just like any other modern landlord. Also there are tons of loud parties every weekend from the Equinox. Its a good and cheap location but it would def. be worth it to pay more for a nicer place. Safety is also an issue considering the type of people who live in the building are sort of sketchy. I once found two bums sleeping in the buildings entranceway.
