So the place is cleaned once a year when you move in, and if you renew your lease it's not...... the Mullins manager lady is a complete -----. Painful to deal with for roomates that want to sublet, parking issues and general rent.

They aren't at all concerned with keeping their tenants happy and are just interested in making a quick buck. They will nickel and dime you for everything from switching cars without a one week notice and giving you multiple parking tickets to jacking up your rent every year.

Furthermore, the managers at this building are pot heads and let the resident drug dealers get away with more stuff then normal. Expect your manager's office hours to be between 12am and 4am passed out on a floor or stairwell somewhere. It happens, surprisingly often. I'm sure Mullins is going to great lengths to select more high quality managers in the future as well.
