Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000
 
the worst four years of my life were spent,
trying ,to live in an horrible environment ,ive seen everything while living in nob hill from,drug sales ,burglarys,assaults,including my own property stolen,the owner is about one hundred years old , i moved in in good faith but living there ive never been more unhappy
