This place rents to anyone. We live on the third floor and can hear the people on the first floor, all night every night. Also a mexican family has just moved in next door and all we hear all day long is loud pounding music.

My place has ants and a thing living in the attic because they dont' take care of the roof. There's holes everywhere.

Parking sucks because there's dead cars everywhere. They put up a list warning people but never do anything about it.

I've told the lady in the office about the music problem but she never does anything about it.

I should also note that these apartments must be on a flight line, becase you'll hear planes flying bath and forth. It's also right next to rail tracks and they will wake you up around 5 or 6 in the morning, almost every morning, and if you leave too late, you'll be stuck waiting for a train to pass at 6:50 am.

You should also know that AT&T internet does not service this area. Only Charter, and it SUCKS.
