Good but not cheap in west side

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall quality is good, but the rent is more expensive than other neighboring apartments such as Carolina and Monticello.

The advantage of this apartment is its convinient location. It takes only 1-2 minites to Post Office and 5-7 minites to
Hilldale mall on foot.

You have to choose either paying more 50-100 dollars (Normandy) or living in a farther apartment (others).
