I am not particularly dissatisfied with these apartments. However, the management problem does seem a bit overbearing! The price of the apartment is fairly reasonable, considering its size and the location. However, I would have to agree with other people about the management. It really SUCKS!!! The main lady in charge always comes up with some little rules, and is very uncooperative! The ventilation in the apartment itself is horrible! I try to keep my place very neat, but it would smell awful even if someone on the other side of the hall way cooks (and it is usually a prominent asian food smell) Also, the apartment complex does not seem to have A/C, and the small A/C units that are installed in the living room area do practically nothing for the rest of the apartment.
The good part about this place, as I mentioned earlier, is its location, unit sizes and the fact that they have free utilities (you only pay electricity) and outside parking is also free. The staff always keeps the hallways clean, but they are smelly from the food that other tenants cook!!! The maintainance guys are OK, but they don't seem to know much about how to fix many problems.
