I have been living at the apartment for almost a year. I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the management is very unprofessional. I called them over a month ago to obtain information on terminating my lease. But I haven't heard anything or received anything from them.

Second, about every two weeks, there was a group of people doing maintenance work early in the morning. They turned on loud radio music on their truck. When I reported to the office about this situation, they did nothing about it and pointed out it was my mistake for not knowing the city law of allowing constructing work to be done this early in the morning.

In addition, there is a problem with their furnace for heating up hot water. Because the apartment is so hard, they did not bother to replace the old one. So whenever I tried to take a hot shower during the winter, I had to use cold water. When I reported this to the office, I was told that this was caused by the knob, which controls the temperature of the water. They replaced the knob two times but nothing was solved.

For the service I received and the poor quality of the apartment, I would not recommend anyone to live at Normandy Apartment.
