I rented here for six months and had no difficulties. Overall the building was quiet, the exercise room well maintained, and the neighbors friendly. The management was easy to deal with and professional in their demeanor. The location was superb, with shopping and bus stops, within short walking distances. The surrounding neighborhood was clean and safe perfect for evening walks during the summer. My only complaints stems from the cheapness of the paint and carpeting, both of which steadily disintegrated during my time there.
