Norris Court Apartments are run by a guy named John who owns a lot of apartments in the city, including many near the Norris ct. area. Do not rent from him! Management is horrible. Our apartment is infested with ants and mice on and off, the heat is totally unpredictable, half the windows don't open, and worst of all our front door key opens ALL OF THE OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA! ZERO SECURITY. I recently met the previous tenant who told me she was ripped off in terms of security deposit, which seems to be a common complaint. Also, if you do have a repair or request, they give you NO NOTICE and just come in your apartment without so much as a call. Worst management I have ever dealt with, period. Also, if you are near the recycling at all, be prepared to be woken up every Monday at 6AM. That's when they empty it, and it is LOUD.
