This used to be a nice area but has really gone downhill. They have allowed not so great people to live in Parkside's nice apartments, the reason why most people CHOOSE to live there. The new management was never around and impossible to get a hold of.
Even with free rent, I would stay clear of Parkside Apartments until someone gets the hoodlums OUT!!!!

We're thinking of moving in - what do you mean "hoodlums?" Have they caused any damage to property or been noisy, or are you just racist? Seriously, safety is a concern of mine, but if you're just being snobby, I'd like to know.

They don't screen new tenants. Their have been break-ins, known drug activity and the Madison police calls have increased since the new company bought the property!
