Saddle Ridge has a low price tag and you should expect certain things with that; namely small rooms, no soundproofing, somewhat subpar maintenance, scary basements (where the laundry rooms are), and an above average crime rate (for Madison). If you?re prepared for all this, the office staff are nice, maintenance issues *will* be addressed (though it might take a couple of trips), and you?ll probably be left alone as long as you pay your rent and keep your door locked.

I received my full deposit back, despite a couple of new spots on the carpet.
