My income increased dramatically and I can afford much better now, but I still would have stayed if they hadn't moved the laundry facilities out of the individual buildings.
Management was very responsive on most things (Tyler is a great guy).
There was some crime in 002 & 003 but I believe they fixed that quite well by hiring a security company. Also the town police actually started driving through the grounds. At any rate, I never felt threatened.
I got my full security deposit back promptly.
No, it ain't the Ritz, but the price can't be beat.
