poor neighborhood, rundown buildings, leaky basements, no storage, ------ managment, no control of heat

I've rented in Madison since 1996 and have never had a worse experience trying to get repairs done or dealing with the managment.

Stay away from ALL Paramount Enterprises properties.

Not only because of the same management, but they are all in poor neighborhoods.
