I would NEVER recommend renting at Saddle Ridge! The hallways smell awful, the parking lots are full of trash and cars that don't belong on the property, maintenance hardly ever fixes anything right the first time, and there are definite roach (or bedbug') issues. I got quite a few notes that pest control would be coming into my apartment to spray. When I called the office, I was told that one of my neighbors must have complained. I was surprised they even were allowed to tell me that information!

The office staff changes so often, I can never keep anybody straight. They had a pretty good maintenance guy once, but he was gone after a few months and the manager, who I always liked is gone now too. There are different people who handle my rent and questions everytime I go in, and one of them has been pretty rude to some of the people who live in my building.

Take my advice and STAY AWAY! You should spend your money somewhere else.
