I lived in a studio for 3 years and a 1 bedroom for one year before moving abroad otherwise I wouldn't have left. Maintenance requests were always dealt with very promptly. The only time parking was ever a problem was during swim meets for the pool across the street, but only for a short period of time. The walls are very well sound-proofed, it's only the ceiling that can be a slight problem for ground level apartments. However, even that noise wasn't that loud. Great location on the west side of Madison!
