Underground parking for cheap, own washer/dryer, a/c (unit not central but works great), dishwasher, new-er, and my loft has skylights! Only bad thing is that its kind of far from downtown (but the reduced cost more than makes up for this!). I've lived here for 2 months and really enjoy it. Also, the annual pool party was sweet (where else will your apartment manager not only serve you drinks, but bring them to you too').

A lot of younger residents. A great place for a person getting their first real apartment/living alone for the first time.
