In the eight months I have lived in these apartments I have had no dishwasher and the apartment dryer has not been fixed. I have recieved over $100 in fines for parking in my own parking lot. The bug problem is unbelievable. The insulation is so bad and/or old that bugs can just walk through your windows. The sidewalk is usually shoveled two days after it snows and the fire alarm goes off twice a month and it takes the fire department over 30 minutes to get there. I have never had this bad of an experience with an apartment building.

I had the telephone hooked up only to have one of the three phone jacks work. When I called and asked about it I was told that they only legally have to provide one working phone jack. She wouldn't even send someone to see if it was faulty wiring and could cause a fire.

They also cashed my rent check twice and bounced six other checks including my car payment was sent back. After I talked to the manager I was told that legally they don't have to help me pay off all the overdraft charges. That alone costed me over $200. That month I payed $740 for rent.

Please think about moving in here before you do. Take notice of my warnings. The rent is cheap but problems out weigh the cheap rent.
