When I first toured the apartments I noticed tons of dog feces on the grounds. I mentioned my concerns to the leasing agent and she said she'd get it cleaned up and it wouldn't be a problem in the future. The day I signed the lease the agent said she had to confess that the yard that I saw was hers, and that she wanted to make sure I would sign the lease before she told me. Over the next nine months, her yard was covered and the smell was hideous. Not only did this bother me as a neighbor, but as a tenant. If the on-site management can't follow the rules, why should anyone else'

The apartment itself was fine, the neighbors were ok, and the fact that they allowed pets was great. If the management company truly wants to keep good tenants they should first look at their staff to see how they're being represented.

Dont you have anything better to do then complain...Nobody who works there lives there. Try to be truthfull next time.

Why would you want to rent from them if the staff isn't truthfull?
