Rude Neighbors

I had looked at my Apt. 3 times and the neighbors must not have been home. From the weekend I moved in the tenants above me have been rude, loud, not at all consideratre of me living below them! My car was spraypainted in the parking lot cigarett buttsthrwn off balcony on to mine. I had addressed management about the neighbors they said they talked to them but, it is gotten worse. They told me to call the police on them. I would not recommened living there unless you like the noise and partying to all hours of the night.
