Tallard is terrible! The guy you have to deal with is degrading and a complete jerk. They start off real nice until you move in and then you are stuck. Getting repairs made is a nightmare. It is like pulling teeth to get things fixed. Rodent problems. Structural problems. Only one repair man worth dealing with is -------. Don't do it, you can get way more for your money. Tallard is a slumlord.

To whom it may concern- We rent to approximately 600 UW students a year and do a ton of renting by word of mouth. In fact we rent many places each year with out even showing them. I feel we have a very good reputation on campus and we do hear about it quite often through e-mails, calls and notes that come in to the office. We have several people who stay from year to year and several more that move from one of our places to another place we own. I am NOT SAYING WE ARE PERFECT but we do strive hard to take care of our tenants and treat them like paying customers who deserve to get what they pay for. Who is more likely to post on apartmentratings.com? The few that have had a bad experience or the large majority that had a good experience? How the person can remain anonymous is an issue.
