This place is a nightmare! Everytime we turn something new on, it breaks. We have lived here six months, and we have had a flood twice, the ceiling has rained 4 times, the oven shot fire at us, and every appliance has broken immediately after we use it for the first time. The water softener has yet to work, regardless of numerous complaints. And the maintenance' Oh Lord don?t get me started... You really have to be a pain in the ass to even get them to think about fixing something. The neighborhood' We moved in the winter, there was snow, it was quiet. When it got warm, I have little people staring through my patio door and my windows constantly (where are their parents') Oh, yeah parenting through a window by yelling obscenities at their children. The police are constantly driving through the parking lot. That is not a good sign. The music is amazing. I live in a townhouse, and things move in my home when people in other buildings play their music. Call the police' Noise ordinance at 11:00. What about the neighbors' The 5:00 in the morning screamings have just about reached my last nerve. The electric bill is no less that $200 a month, regardless of what sacrifices you make. Even the maintenance guy said these patio doors should have been installed in Florida homes, and that was in 1966. I have never heard so many swear words or cars with painful sound systems in my life. It is like we are in our own little ghetto crap world and nobody realizes it until it?s too late. The mold and mildew level in this place is enough to have given my cat asthma, and myself hospital visits. Whatever your circumstance, do not move into this place unless you are a rude ------- who likes to be pissed off, sick, and enjoys broken things. Oh, and don't forget your gun.
