I just finally moved after living at Ridgewood for nine years. It was ok at first, but has gone downhill quickly the last few years.

Management never once asked me if the apartment needed any renovating. I guess this was suppose to be my responsibility' I didn't know I was the owner. I gave them a list of things needing maintenance. The list would take up too much room, so I'm not going into details. Not one was upgraded.

I was also told four years ago they were remodling all the apartments. They stopped after the first phase.

I was in a hit and run in the parking lot last year. The person was going at least 50mph. Maybe next time a kid (who's one of the many unattended kids running through the neigborhood at all hours) will get hit and killed. I moved left just in time or my drivers side would've been hit head on.

The Sunday night before I moved people were running and stomping on the roofs of cars in my parking lot. I was scared for my life with how loud everyone was. Luckilly, I had no damage to my car. The police officer told me she had been called to the area 10 times that day.

Drinking/drugs/gunfire/loud music have become the popular night-time activities in the parking lots. Drive thru the parking lots during the day to see the aftermath!

They do not replace burnt out lights in the buildings or in the parking lots. Be careful if you're doing laundry at night by yourselves ladies.

I predict Ridgewood will make Allied Drive look great in a couple years or so.

DO NOT MOVE TO RIDGEWOOD! YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT!
