In the one of my apartments there I moved in only to find out that they had switched out the newer appliances I saw when I looked at the apartment and replaced them with older ones. I had bats get in through the air conditioning ducts. I caught three and then I moved out. Two months after moving into my 3rd apartment (I switched twice because of damage) I had water damage from carpet installers using 2 inch nails instead of carpet tacks in an empty apartment over my head, broken heater pipes, waterfall in the living room yada, yada yada. Stained carpets that I ended up paying for. Management at Ridgewood, was horrendous, the maintenance crew was lazy and most of them on the take. The only people who had decent apartments at Ridgewood either had good lawyers, were lawyers, or were relatives of the office or mantenance staff. Do not Move there!
