I lived in the Traceway Drive section. The area itself was not bad, however the management is some of the worst I ever dealt with. Maintence calls go unanswered for days. The apartment I was given was not the one promised to me and was not even clean when I moved in. One wall was painted pink when I moved in and even though I had documented that on the check in list, I was penalized for it when I moved out! The roof leaked through the apartment above me and caused a huge hole in my son's bedroom and we were told to ive with the mold and smell and water damage that they would just fix in after we moved out four months later and then I was charged for the water damaged walls, ceiling and carpet! Do NOT move there! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!
