For one I beleive it is a nice place and the people who run the place are great people... The Reason why the place seems to be a dump is the Losers who rent there... most of them do not care for there suroundings... they let there kids run rampid with no control of them what so ever... then there are the people who have parties every night puking off patios and throwing up in the hallways... leaving there broken down cars which should be tossed to the junk yards in the lots to take up much needed space. I feel that you make this place what you want it... the people here who rated it poorly treat it poorly... I will rate this place the best place because they are willing to work with me and everyone that lives here... but all the sour people do is want to complain to higher athorities in stead of calling 911 when there are people damaging the properites.. for one we need a better neiborhood watch then new management... we need better RESIDENTS!!! all you losrs who complain... MOVE OUT and let better people in...

As someone who lived at Ridgewood for 14 months, it is unfair to say everyone who complains is a looser who treats their "home" poorly. I personally wouldn't have received my whole security deposit back if I was a looser treating my home poorly! I complain because my security was at risk as they took 4 months to fix the lock on my sliding door; my heat didn't function correctly for 4 months; the hot water was out 3 times in one week (it's a little difficult to take cold showers when it is 10 degrees outside); and after 8 weeks of asking the office to fix my toilet seat I was finally just told to replace it and take it out of my rent (which Dennis was not happy when he found out about that!), I even spoke to the maintenance supervisor who assured me his guys would be in that day to fix it. I really liked my apartment, but unfortunately my money is worth much more than not knowing if my heat or water will work and if I will be robbed or raped!! I was a "better resident" who moved in and was treated just like most of the other tenants at Ridgewood. Did you ever think that these looser people started out as good tenants and became that way as Ridgewood didn't do their job??
