Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
it is very clear from your review of these apartments that you either work here of are getting free rent for some reason. out of probably 1500 or more people that live here, it is unusual to find one person so darn happy. you must also never talk to your neighbors, because if you did, you would find that they agree with everyone else that this place sucks eggs. it is raining again today and our building is flooded with water. it is coming in from the walls, ceilings and through the patio doors. oh yeah, this is a GREAT place alright, if you are a stupid turtle. get a life. if you are happy here, you are the one that needs help.
