Ridgewood is a Neglected Child

If only they'd pay attention to the buildings and grounds, it would have never gotten so bad.

I attended the tenants meeting arranged by Ridgewood and CMS and the only change I have seen so far is that they added a "Resident Manager". The carpet/tile they promised to replace in our building more than a month ago is still there. The mold is still in our apartment.

If they were making an effort I might be more understanding but when you've lived here for this long and watched all this happen you just can't have hope.
