I have been living at ridgewood for a few years now and this is what has happened this year. I watched two people work for three weeks on the pool by the rec center to get it ready for the season only to be made into a adults only pool. There must be 75 kids that live in this area. Guess what' Nobody uses it. How unfair.
Now the good stuff.
I know of one family that lives near me that had some repairs made to their home while they were gone. When they returned they realized that $800.00 in cash was missing. They found out it was the appliance man. He no longer works here, but can you imangine that' There has been other cases of people missing things like televisions, jewlery and furniture. There is also a case where one of the maintanice staff stole some stuff from their shop and sold it! ! Guess what he still works there.
I know this to be true also.
The new manager had taken all the staff to the Prime Quarter for a Christmass party and to this day the bill has not been PAID!
The new Maintaince supervisor rides around in a golf cart all day and I could not figure out why' Come to find out he lost his licence for drunk driving. How can he do his job' I have a friend who applied for a job and was refused work because he did not have a drivers licence. Talk about double standards. I could go on and on and on about all the cheating, stealing, discrimination and bad management but I have said enough.

I am posting this because my building was posted again yesterday by Madison Gas & Electric for non payment of the bill. Thats three times this year. I have a new place allready so when my lease is up I'm out of here.
