I've lived here 3 years. This place is the pits. But know one is willing to do any thing about it. If you want to clean the place up it has to start with the tennants. If you see some one breaking the law call the cops. If your neighbor is unlawfully noisy call the cops. If the basement is flooded call the tennant recource board, and the health department. Also with any little thing that goes wrong with the grounds and buildings call the office. And not just once call two or three times a day until they fix it.It might seem like its not doing any good but it is. If you have mud,water,mold,trash or animal droppings in the building call the health dept and report it. Then call back the next day and ask them what they have done about it. If your working during the day leave a message on there machines. If you have water leaking in the building or basement call the building inspectors. If you make the place a pain for the people that own it, the police, city dept's. and any one else that has to deal with these problems. They will get sick of hearing it and some thing will be done. But it has to start with you, which means every one that lives here. Together we can turn the place around.
