I wonder if the last post was from the former maintenance man from the news coverage'

No one has been mentioning the news coverage and the process of Fitchburg (outskirts of Madison) officials. Or that one of the largest property/rental corporations in this state (based in Madison) is up for purchasing Ridgewood.

Noone has mentioned the Tenant's Association. There is a group which meets frequently from these apts., yet do not include nor welcome new tenants to the fold.

In the forums section I will post more soon, my experiences here so far. Average renters insurance for the area and that for Ridgewood AND that noone has addressed this issue, and my arguement as to who should be liable for the differential.

I will post links to the local news coverage of Ridgewood. My arguements to some points made, and questioning of management's claims of theft of renter's funds on one hand, while claiming renters are behind on rent.. and my personal observation of the accused in rent collections.
