I do not work for Ridgewood,I have never worked for Ridgewood, I have never lived on the property although I have lived close by for years and am very familiar with the surroundings. I would call myself an objective observer. For the people who have bashed the management company over and over I can only say they are nearsighted and this includes the political Fitchburg government. Everyone is ready to jump on the bandwagon to slam the only VISABLE entity, CMS. It takes money to run a property, this comes from rent and the availability of funds for capital improvements. Most properties of this size are made up of partnerships, some are visable (CMS) and some are not. The media and the ill-informed residents of Ridgewood bash the only visable aspect, very ignorant. If more people did their homework they could find the underlying issues at hand. I point the finger at the lady who has lived on the property for years and lives to be in front of a camera as shown on the Tuesday news. You look and sound pathetic in your belief that your world has turned into a pot of gold just because of a management change. Ask yourself, who is the extremely rich idiot who is going to come in and spend millions of dollars to repair the property to the level of perfection you desire, but not expect to see the return' What is the return going to be, where will it come from' You are ignorant to believe this is going to happen. It is ironic that you lead a bandwagon to slam the very property you have lived at for numerous years...why' Any intelligent person with an above average IQ can see that half of the posts slamming the property and management come from the same person. You would have no way of comprehending this because you lack the educational skills to dissect vocabulary style. Naive people say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. LET'S SEE IF THE QUALITY OF LIFE GREATLY IMPROVES AT RIDGEWOOD AND THE COST OF LIVING AND THE RESIDENT POOL REMAINS THE SAME. LET'S SEE IF RENT STAYS THE SAME. LET'S SEE.

no elvisdead myself Eric did not post that,and if cant get your facts straight dont talk about people.You dont know my situation,so dont talk about it.I am a well respected maintenance technician and now work for a complex that is also well respected.So keep your ignorant thoughts to yourself.

My wife and I both have college degrees with above average IQ's and we would never recommend the complex to anyone. The office staff is horrible, we never got a security deposit, they constantly lied to us, they entered our unit twice without permission, and they gave us eviction notices when we paid that month's rent since their books are all screwed up.
