(user photo) the ceiling leaked. this is what maintainence had it like for 1 week. they did not clean up any of their work. - bathroom

The problem is CMS management I lived in complex in Indianapolis ran by CMS, it was horrible.

I agree whole-heartedly. Eagle Pointe Apartments in Indianapolis is in a nice neighborhood for upper-middle price. Once you come into the apartments it is a new world. Break-ins (apt. and vehicle), extremely poor office staff, extended response time for maintenance requests, staff doesn't not return phone calls, etc, looks good on the outside-trashy on the inside. Worst lease I have ever signed!! With Regrets -Indy
