(user photo) the ceiling leaked. this is what maintainence had it like for 1 week. they did not clean up any of their work. - bathroom

i have only been a resident here for 3 months, but as of now, i need maintenence twice for some little things, and when i called the office they sent the maintenance over the very next day! the parking is fine... i have never not found a spot and close to my apartment!! as a matter of fact the parking people where there issueing tickets the other day for people who are not supposed to be there.. it is also quiet where i am and there is not much drama. there is also the patrol that come through on a regular basis, so i do not feel threatened at all... anyways i would give this apartment a 8 out of 10 this far!
