I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND THIS PLACE IS ---- WRAPPED IN NEW SIDING..SERIOUSLY. MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND IT TAKES AT LEAST 6 REQUESTS BEFORE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM IS ADDRESSED..GETTING THAT PROBLEM FIXED..GOOD LUCK. I LIVE IN THE PINES..MAYBE THE FAIRWAYS ARE DIFFERENT,BUT I WOULD NOT REFER, RECOMMEND, DIRECT ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. SAME RIDGEWOOD EMPLOYEES...SAME RIDGEWOOD SERVICE. MY ADVICE IS TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO CALL HOME. MOLD MILDEW,ETC...LOOK ELSEWHERE
