I lived there for about 2.5 years....place was simply terrible. Constant problems from neghibors music being to loud to people pulling firealarms in the middle of the night about 3 times a week. In the 2.5 years i lived there they had about 7 diffrent managers that i knew off, and they would never put anything in writting. When i moved out i was let out of my lease only to get a call the next month demanding the rent! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, or in this case LESS! I told them often about how my a.c. unit was broken and it leaked all over the floor, they never fixed it and when i moved out charged me for the damage!! I had my car broken in to a few times and caught a burgler in my apartment who i latter found out lived in the next building over....parking was a joke....people would have broken down cars in the best spots for months on end, and if you complained they said "im right on top of that" but never did jack about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Wow! That sounds horrible. I can not believe you would renew your lease TWICE at that horrible place. I also can not believe you actually caught a burglar who broke into your house. I hope you called the police and had the person arrested for your own safety. It also seems odd that they would charge you for the damage of an a/c that they did not fix. I am sure you took them to court to get all your security deposit back since it was wrongfully taken out. As for the fire alarm, that must have been annoying, 3 times a week! How could you ever sleep? I hope wherever your living now you don't have all those horrible things happening to you.
