We moved into the New Fountains about two years ago and love it here. The property is maintained very well and the new owners are doing a ton of updates to the buildings and grounds. If someone is looking for great amaentities and a reasonable price I would reccomend this place. Unlike the previous reveiw we have never had a problem.
