True this building is a bit of a party place, Statesider is definitely a great place. We have RA's on the floors that fun and easy going. There's a meeting area on each floor, we have someone come and clean our bathrooms and now there is a trainer in the workout room. When I want to study I'll usually go down to the computer lab or go to the study room across the sidewalk at The Towers.

If you want to be guaranteed a freshmen year with friends, social gatherings, awesome location and an awesome room...I would recommend the Statesider. Given its a little expensive, it's worth it!
