My husband and I have lived here since August of last year. For the most part, it has been a pleasant experience. Parking is great, whenever we have friends over, they can always find a spot to park. There have been a few recent break-ins in our neighbor's cars. We were given prompt notification from the T.V. staff about this.

The 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment has a lot of space. The one negative thing I would say about the floorplan is that the dining/living room area is awkwardly shaped and it's kind of weird to have both an entertainment center, a couch, and a dining room table in there. Otherwise, it's very comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice. Also we have 2 cats and I LOVE that we didn't have to pay pet rent as a "deal" for signing a lease!

We live on the first floor, and we do seem to have some rowdy upstairs neighbors that are easy to hear at night. But everyone will have a loud neighbor. :)

The grounds are VERY well kept and the maintenance staff is GREAT!!! Very nice people! The clubhouse, gym, and pool area are very nice!
