Since the new owners took over in 2008, this place has had a complete turn around. They take care of maintenance issues promptly, and such friendly staff!! It is great to have their office onsite now! I highly recommend this community and JEK Properties

Lived there in 2008-2009 a horrible place to live. Staff treats tenants terribly, especially minorities who speak no English. I thought it would be an upscale place to live but even with the cheap coats of paint they used to try to make it more lovely it was still an old run down apartment complex. They do not fix things promptly! and units are over priced for the area in which they are located. They should work on improving the neighborhood and cleaning it up.
