As the manager of Tucson Trails I can assure prospective residents that we have and adhere to a 24 hour maintenance guarantee. Gorman & Company has the highest standards for customer service found in the industry. As the manager I have been at the property for 3 years and can proudly say the retention rate of residents is 70% which is 25% higher than the national average. I take great pride in this community as do many of our valued residents. Please check us out.
