This place is BAD!!! Not many police calls because people are used to all the drugs and kids running wild. Management never in the office during posted hours. Gorman and Company never responds to calls either. so much for a president hotline. MAintenance sucks. I moved in here five months ago and can't wait for lease to be up in 7 more long months

Things are different now. Tucson Trails has new management. I moved in 3 months ago and things have been great. They respond quickly to any concerns and are devoted to finding good tenants while removing problem tenants.

How would a tenant know if management is "devoted
to finding good tenants while removing problem tenants?" Unless you have had several bad neighbors removed from your close vicinity. And in that case you must have had a terrible experience at the apartments and would have no reason to defend them. I agree with jenn8969, the first response sounds like a management post.
