when i moved in the apartment was fine then after a couple of months the management changed and they were just letting anybody move in the door to our apartment complex had a security lock on it that was broke they never fixed it the whole time i lived there, and our toliet was broke and they told us if we called again they would charge us for something we didn't break.

I moved in 3 months ago, soon after Tucson trails came under new management. Since then, I have seen numerous problem tenants removed (evicted) from the complex. Maintenance has been taken care of quickly in the few instances it has been needed at no charge to me. Tucson Trails has been great for the past 3 months and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice 3 bedroom at a great price. I have underground parking, in apartment washer/dryer, cable with hbo all at a great price. This place Rocks!
