I have found Tucson Trails to be a nice place to live. It's not fancy, and the construction is a little cheap, but I feel safe living here with my 2 year old and 6 month old. The apartments are very large (1140 sq. ft.), and that's what we were looking for most. They also installed a stacked washer/dryer in our apartment before we moved in. That was great! There are a lot of kids around, which is great for my son, and the grounds have nice large green spaces for playing outside. Management has been working on making sure the children are supervised, and not getting into trouble. It does get a little noisy at times; there was one night when people were fighting outside our window, and you can hear the people above you walking once in awhile, but all in all, it's been good. Not fancy, but more than adequate. I think it's a great deal for what you pay.
