We took over managing Tucson Trails in March of 2006, so anything prior to that I cannot vouch for. However, I can say that we provide 24 hour maintenance, as both the property manager and the maintenance manager live onsite. We have turned over at least 75% of the apartments in this 8 month period, so it may be true that the last owners were not as careful in their process. I can also assure you that we do extensive background checks on all tenants. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
