I have only been at Tuscon Trails for about a month, but I can already tell "Dump" is not telling the truth. Even with 85 " of snow this year, the parking log is plowed as well as it can be. Every issue I had with my new unit was corrected the day after I submitted the request. The units are well insulated and warm, and I haven't had any problem with noice issues. Maybe "Dump" should have accually called the office, maybe then they would have helped him with whatever problem he was having. Or maybe, his neighbors didn't like him either. If he wants to move to a Dump, try Arbor Lakes Apartments.

This isn't dump, but i'm guessing this reviewer is a person that is happy with the neighborhood & trashed conditions because they fit right in. I personally can say that problems i've requested fixed were not. I personally can say the place was Not well-insulated, there was cold air blowing through the sockets and the shabby thin windows. One thing i'll give you is that the heater worked well, as dated and as poorly-maintained as it was.
