This is not a fancy place but it should serve most people well. Most apartments include dishwashers, some with a washer in dryer in the unit which is very handy. In addition to the basement laundry room, there is laundry in the third floor hall, which makes the hallway hot and humid occasionally but must be very convenient for those who don't have the washer and dryer in their apartment. The apartments are very reasonably priced and the staff is great. They respond to calls and messages and promptly fix things. Snow removal is good,the lawn is treated in the spring and the underground parking was power-washed in the fall. This would be a good place for families or young people looking for a nice place to live without paying too much.
One additional nice thing: Recently the Tucson Trails staff installed some high efficiency washer and dryer in the basement laundry rooms. They also replaced the shower heads and some light bulbs in each apartment to save water and energy. This shows their commitment to the environment and saves us money on the electricity bill.
